Steve Bairstow has been a Kings Heath resident since 1981.

He had a successful 17-year career in the computer department of a major Midlands insurance company.
He started trading as a computer trainer in April 1997.
The initial aim was to train business users in the efficient use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Other business courses have been added since then.
And the increasing number of home users buying computers led to the development of courses specially for them.


Courses For Business Users

Training takes place on your premises.
Choose the length of course to suit you: day course, half-day course, or shorter sessions.

Courses For Home Users

Training takes place in your own home.
Each course lasts approximately 2 hours.
The courses have been specially designed for home users.
In addition to the above courses, shorter courses in Microsoft Word and Microsoft are available.
You can reduce the cost by learning in a small group, e.g. husband/wife, parent/son, friends.
