high quality advice and information to help you to sort
out your problems. We can arrange for you to speak to
an advisor with community language skills.

Aims & Promises to you.
Birmingham
City Council has 40 Neighbourhood Offices located across
the City, to provide a local point of contact. Additional
locations are used as surgeries to provide even more convenient
access to services.
What
is it like inside a Neighbourhood Office?
The offices
have a pleasant, open plan design, most have an unsupervised
children's play area. A private interview can be arranged
on request, although most take place within the open plan
office.
